Client Operations Specialist

About the RoleAs a Client Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and providing vital administrative support.

You'll be responsible for a defined set of tasks, including processing KiwiSaver and other withdrawals, managing fund transfers, onboarding new clients, and handling applications.In this role, you'll engage with clients via phone calls, SMS, and email.

Each interaction is an opportunity to educate, inspire, and enhance the client experience.
