Job Description

As a Casual Programme Assistant, you'll be the friendly face that makes the mornings and afternoons unforgettable for children!

You'll be working mainly in the afternoons (2 : 30 pm – 6 pm depending on programme requirements) and school holiday programmes (between 7 am – 6 pm).

This is a reliever role, so you'll be rostered on an "as required" basis – perfect if you're after flexibility while still making a big impact.

Location : Papatoetoe & Manurewa region.

Responsibilities

Supervising and supporting Tamariki in a range of fun, safe activities

Keeping our spaces tidy, clean, and welcoming for children

Helping your Programme Manager run smooth, energetic sessions that keep kids buzzing

Spotting any hiccups (behaviour, wellbeing, safety) and sharing with your manager so everyone stays supported

Qualifications

Have the right to work in New Zealand (valid visa or citizenship)

Can get to sites around the Papatoetoe & Manurewa region.

Are enthusiastic about working with kids – from babysitting to coaching to volunteering, any experience counts!

Are reliable, energetic, and keen to make every session special
