About the Role

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer seeking a new role within a thriving and collaborative team.

This role will see you involved across a broad scale of commercial matters, including business sales and purchases, company restructuring, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, leasing agreements, property law and conveyancing (including residential, rural and commercial). Additional experience within Wills, EPOA's, Estates would be welcomed however, it is not essential for your success in this role.

About You

If you are a Senior Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career, this exciting opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE. PRLaw is seeking a skilled solicitor who is not only eager to contribute to the firm's well-established and loyal client base, but also motivated to play a key role in shaping its future growth.
