ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Technical Sales Specialists (internally known as a Nutrient Specialist) at Ballance your role is to work with our farmers, supporting them by providing science-based advice and products. You build strong working relationships to understand their needs on-farm, challenge thinking and provide innovative solutions. You develop your industry, farm systems and product knowledge so you can connect with people in the community and provide the best customer experience.
