Duty Manager

Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre in Mount Wellington is looking for a dedicated Duty Manager to join our friendly, hands-on team at our central yet peaceful location on the edge of the Panmure Lagoon. About You

• Must have at least 12 months experience in Front Office as Duty Manager (or similar role) with experience using hotel booking software. If you have Suite 8 experience, even better!
• A passion for customer service, high standards of service and excellent attention to detail.
• Is confident and experienced in all facets of Front Office duties.
• Have the ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude
• Keep a cool head whilst working under pressure
• Will have current LCQ, Managers Licence and First Aid Certificates.
• Must be able to work on a rotating roster that covers, days, evening / night & weekends (minimum of 3 shifts per week).
• Are available to start as soon as possible.
• Must have the right to work in NZ
