Product Release Officer

About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Product Release Officer (permanent full time) to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and readiness of our products for both domestic and international markets.As a Product Release Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating timely and accurate data entry into certification systems, preparing essential documentation to support product release, export certification, and customer sampling.

You will also evaluate and grade a defined range of product types against established quality standards.Your work will include meticulous reporting, proactive communication, and adherence to regulatory and market-specific requirements to support the seamless release of products.

You will also contribute to our contaminant monitoring program, ensuring product safety and compliance with evolving standards.ResponsibilitiesEntering and maintaining accurate data in certification systems.Preparing documentation for product release including transfer documents, certificates of analysis, and customer sampling.Evaluating and releasing products against established quality standards.Supporting contaminant monitoring activities to ensure safety and compliance.Maintaining robust documentation for traceability and transparency.Collaborating across teams to support continuous improvement in product quality assurance processes.Skills And ExperienceThe ideal candidate will be proficient in LIMS for product grading, experienced with WMS for inventory control, and familiar with ERP systems for product release.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, along with knowledge of laboratory testing, quality assurance procedures, and compliance standards such as OMARs.

A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience is essential.If you are strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we\'d love to hear from you.
