What You'll Do

Deliver interactive in-person training sessions to store teams nationwide, ensuring confidence and capability in using new SAP-based ERP and Point of Sale systems.

• Collaborate with store managers, owners, and support centre colleagues to tailor training approaches that meet their needs.
• Build capability across various SAP modules through targeted coaching sessions tailored to operational requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from front line staff to senior management to drive adoption of new systems.
• Respond flexibly to shifting roll out schedules while managing multiple priorities effectively

What You Bring

Proven expertise in delivering system training within SAP or comparable ERP environments.
