You'll solve complex challenges while guiding a cross-functional squad to deliver end-to-end value.

As a mentor and leader, you'll ensure high-quality software aligns with the product roadmap and technical strategy.

Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Leadership, you'll build engaged, effective teams focused on balancing technical excellence, team satisfaction, and delivery outcomes.

Leading by example, your expertise in engineering, architecture, or quality assurance will empower and inspire your squad.

What You'll Bring : 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.

Proven track record as a technical influencer and team collaborator.

Experience in evolving engineering culture and processes for greater agility and engagement.

Solid understanding of cloud technologies and principles.

Previous experience working in SaaS environments.

Strong systems and software design capabilities.

Familiarity with modern frontend technologies like React.

Experience with backend technologies such as GoLang, TypeScript, .

NET, Ruby, or Java.

Hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
