The arts.New Plymouth Girls' High School has a wonderful opportunity for a Dance Teacher on a fixed-term basis (up to a maximum 0.1 FTTE).

We are seeking someone who is flexible in terms of availability within the school timetable, who is able to teach a range of dance styles, and has the skills to extend those students who are strong dancers, as well as encourage participation of those with less dance experience.

The position will predominantly be working with junior students, most likely Y9.Our current Dance teacher is experienced and has a well-developed programme.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work alongside her for a few hours each week.Applicants must hold current NZ teacher registration and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
