Overview

Stratford High School is seeking a talented and motivated science teacher to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing at the beginning of term 1, 2026.

We are a coeducational school with approximately 650 students, located in the heart of the Taranaki region. The role : Responsibilities

• Teach and inspire students across all levels in science.
• Create and deliver engaging, effective lesson plans.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
• Be an active, collaborative member of the science department and our innovative Puawai programme.
• Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.
