About the role
Reporting to the Primary Triage and Dispatch Manager, this role is responsible for the effective leadership, management, and resourcing of your team of Dispatchers assigned to a specific watch. You will oversee the activities on shift, ensuring the right care is delivered at the right time including timely escalation of operational issues to the appropriate manager to support optimal outcomes for all callers and patients seeking advice or care from the ambulance service.
