Job Title : Site Engineer - Roading & Infrastructure Projects

Location : Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand (must live in the region or be willing to relocate)

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Client : Our client is a well-established civil contractor with a strong pipeline of roading and infrastructure projects across the Hawke’s Bay region. Known for their commitment to quality, safety, and community impact, they are seeking a capable Site Engineer to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering high-profile works.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project momentum
• Monitor progress and proactively address issues to keep projects on track
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
