Provide executive support to the Director and senior leadership team (SLT).
Manage complex diary scheduling and meeting coordination.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Support governance-related activities and communication.
Maintain accurate records and manage directorate documentation.
Prioritise objectives to meet organisational needs.

Experienced in executive support and office coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Collaborative and proactive approach.
Mo nga pukenga | Qualifications and experience
Relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum 5 years proven experience in executive support roles.
Skilled in diary management and governance support.
Experience in local government or the public sector is desirable, but not essential.

Work closely with the Customer and Corporate Services Director and SLT.
The directorate comprises of Communications and Marketing, Finance, IT, Customer Experience, and Business Services.
