About the role

Join our dynamic NZ sales team as a Business Development professional, focusing on selling NHP and Rockwell services to end users, working with a portfolio of service offerings.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager - Services, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with end users, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential end users to promote NHP and Rockwell services.

Act as the primary point of contact for end users, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote NHP and Rockwell services and network with potential clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

Ideal qualifications

Previous experience in sales, business development and customer focused solutions

Experience operating a CRM database or similar

An ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate needs into business solutions

Outstanding communicator who thrives on building strong customer relationships

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
