About The Role

An opportunity has come up with us for a

Grower Manager

fixed term maternity cover

The key focus of this role is to build strong relationships with external grape growers, and to work with the winemaking teams and winemaking planning to ensure the demand of the business for grapes is met, while meeting financial / commercial targets. The Grower Supply Manager will provide technical and commercial viticultural support and services in line with company best practice for grower vineyards.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Responsible for the management of the company grower portfolio nationally and is responsible for the coordination of grape supply in terms of quality and volume in the specified region advising recommendations to company growers on the implementation of technical programs aimed at achieving company objectives for wine quality and vineyard sustainability.
