Salon Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to lead the operations of our busy hair and beauty salon.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the beauty industry and strong leadership skills to deliver an outstanding client experience.

It is a full-time permanent role with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.Key Responsibilities : ? Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth running of all hair and beauty services.

• ? Manage product selection and stock levels for professional salon products, haircare, skincare, and beauty treatments.
• ? Set and maintain high service standards, ensuring every client leaves feeling valued and pampered.
• ? Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new clients and retain loyal ones.
• ? Advise clients on professional haircare and beauty products, supporting both sales and aftercare.
• ? Maintain accurate records of retail stock, treatment usage, and financial transactions.
• ? Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring salon performance against targets.
• ? Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of stylists, beauticians, and support staff.
• ? Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards, creating a clean and safe environment for staff and clients.

About You : ? Must hold three years of relevant work experience OR a minimum Level 5 qualification.
