About the role

Marketing Coordinator

Location : Ponsonby, Auckland

Full‑time | Permanent | Hybrid

This is a full‑time permanent role, with a target start date of mid‑January 2026. This opportunity is a pivotal support layer, coordinating marketing activities for the Marketing Manager and the Senior Marketing and Campaign Manager. You will be supporting the marketing projects that sit within our Australian‑based schools, brands and products : Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, Endeavour College of Natural Health, Builders Academy Australia, Institute of Allied Health, Swinburne Open Education, Monarch Institute, Photography Studies College and Connect n Grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing social media calendar and posts
• Support in the creation and roll out of branded elements across the portfolio
• Assist in designing or briefing creative for print, digital and OOH marketing assets
• Support the Digital team with website updates and copywriting
• Creating exciting nurture email campaigns to potential and existing students
• Help coordinate and execute key events like open days and expos
