Account Executive – Service & Government

OverviewAre you a seasoned sales professional (hunter) with a passion for driving results in the Service & Government sectors?

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives, build strong partnerships, and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.This is a selling role focused on achieving ambitious targets across medium and enterprise accounts within the Service & Government verticals.What you will doAs the Business Development Manager for the Service & Government verticals, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across medium and enterprise accounts.

This role requires a proactive approach to outbound lead generation, strategic campaign execution, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

You'll be expected to meet and exceed performance targets across multiple sales metrics while building strong relationships within the Service & Government sectors.Key Responsibilities Include : Leading all sales activities for Service & Government accounts.Executing Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns to drive engagement.Generating and converting outbound sales opportunities.Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.Meeting KPIs across prospecting, demos, funnel growth, and closed ACV.Who you are10+ years of proven sales / BDM experience.Strong track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets.Demonstrated success in outbound sales prospecting.Experience in Service or Government sectors.Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency.Who is Teletrac NavmanTeletrac Navman's goal is to empower the industries that transform and sustain our futures with simple and intelligent solutions that enhance the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of their operation.
