How will you make an impact in this role?

• Drive growth in a portfolio of B2B & B2C merchants in the Australian market through engagement and relationship building.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow billings and transaction volume on the network through relationships.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve / redirect customer concerns as appropriate.
• Drive initiatives that seek to improve merchant satisfaction.
• Differentiate American Express value and ensure that our Merchant understands the premium Value Proposition and benefits that acceptance of the American Express Card brings to their business.
• Develop and implement a strategy for merchants within portfolio, observe discrepancies and trends and identify corrective remedial action where required.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to facilitate delivery of initiatives.
