Practice Coordinator - Juno Health

To keep our practice running smoothly, we're looking for a talented Practice Coordinator to join our team and be at the heart of our daily operations.

Responsibilities

Lead front-of-house and reception services so patients feel cared for from the moment they arrive

Coordinate practice operations across two sites, including rosters, stock, and compliance

Manage Xero entries, banking, reconciliations, and debtor collection with accuracy

Oversee PHO, ACC and insurance claims and support reporting deadlines

Be the go-to person for IT and systems (especially confident with Indici, Pegasus updates, printers, troubleshooting)

Support team communication, onboarding, and create a positive, manaakitanga-based culture

Champion quality, safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Previous experience in medical or health practice administration (GP or similar)

Confidence with financial processes (Xero, banking, reconciliations)

Organisational skills and calm efficiency in a busy environment

Tech-savvy with practice management systems, preferably Indici and Microsoft Office

Warm, approachable communication style

A natural relationship builder

Flexibility to work across two sites and step in where needed
