Are you a graduate looking for a pathway into project management? As an Assistant Project Manager (APM) with TBIG, you’ll gain exposure to a range of project experiences and be supported to grow into a PM role.

The Role

As an APM you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple teams across different project phases, from design through construction to completion. You’ll contribute to project milestones and learn through hands-on involvement, site visits, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Your responsibilities include :

• Supporting the TBIG project team in project delivery
• Engaging with project stakeholders—clients, consultants, and contractors
• Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and programmes
• Developing skills in meeting management

Location and start

This role is based in Wellington and starts between November 2025 and February 2026. Exact start date will be agreed with the successful candidate to suit summer plans.
