In our Digital Strategy and Architecture team, we’re looking for Graduates in Pōneke / Wellington who will start with us in February 2026.

We help public and private organisations (across all industries) to become great at strategy-to-execution. We do this by ensuring their technology investments are aligned to their business strategy and by facilitating initiatives that build new capability across people, process and technology.

As a Graduate you’ll be working every day to assist Kiwi Business Leaders and organisations to define, develop, and deliver innovative technology strategies – does that sound like you?

If you are looking for a Graduate role, this is what you are likely to have studied and the skillset we require :

• Bachelor of Science
• Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business, with majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science
• Open to a diverse academic background if you are someone who can combine strong technical aptitude with sharp business acumen
• Strong communication skills with the emotional intelligence to manage clients
