The Role
As a Project Manager you will provide project management services from establishing the right project structure and strategy, to procurement and management of the project team and resources needed to deliver projects which are often high end commercial or mixed use property projects.
The Role Includes
Writing tenders and contracts, and running procurement processes
Initiating and inputting to project strategies
Design management
Stakeholder engagement and management
Ensure projects are fiscally sound and risks are mitigated
Construction oversight and Engineer's Representative duties.
About you
It is essential that you have project management experience, ideally working for a Project management consultancy and possess a relevant tertiary qualification.
Working knowledge and experience of all stages in the construction project management life cycle
ETC experience or good working knowledge of 3910
Procurement, tendering and managing construction contracts
Forming and managing project teams
Some knowledge of the resource consent and building consent process's
