About The Role
You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, covering different shifts across a number of courts in a dedicated area around your base location.
There is no weekend or night work, but overtime on Saturdays and Sundays is available at pay rates of 1.5x for Saturdays and 2x for Sundays, with an additional 1.5x for weekday overtime outside normal court operating times.

Attendance Allowance of £1 per hour can be earned on contracted hours, subject to meeting certain attendance-related criteria.

Travel expenses and parking will be paid back to you and processed three times per month.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding court users.
Monitor premises and visitors via CCTV and X-ray machines, and perform additional security checks such as hand-held metal detectors on court users and bag searches upon arrival.
Patrol and secure access to buildings and satellite buildings, maintaining contact with the control room using hand-held radios.
Respond to panic alarm buttons in Judges' rooms, courts and offices.
Respond to any security issues within the complex and record and report details of those incidents.
Ideal Candidate Criteria
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS and BS
SIA Licence and relevant security-related experience.
UK driving licence (location dependent).
Strong people and customer service skills.
Good diligence and high standard of work.
Effective communication skills.
