Medical Officer – Christchurch

Passionate and patient-focused Doctors are invited to join a skilled and supportive team at a Clinic located in Christchurch.

The role is full-time, offering 2 / 10's sessions a week.

ABOUT THE ROLE A successful candidate should be a dynamic, community-minded doctor who demonstrates : Empathy, self-motivation, and a strong patient-centred approach; A commitment to delivering the highest standard of care; A collaborative spirit, thriving within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

REQUIREMENTS Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ); Legal right to work in New Zealand (we can offer support for a work visa if necessary); Current Medical Indemnity Insurance; Current ACLS certificate; Excellent English communication and documentation skills; Familiarity with MedTech 32 or MedTech Evolution (or similar) is advantageous; Commitment to health equity, cultural competency, and understanding of Maori tikanga, kawa, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
