Job Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Business Development professional to accelerate our growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will play a key role in expanding our partner ecosystem, identifying new business opportunities, and securing long‑term commercial success for the company.

Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new commercial partnership and franchise opportunities
- Develop and execute growth strategies that support market expansion
- Lead negotiations and deal structuring to maximize business value
- Strengthen and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure successful project execution
- Build and maintain strong market connections within Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Perform market research and present business development insights to senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeProven experience in F&B business development, franchise management, or commercial partnership rolesStrong commercial acumen with a track record in achieving sales or expansion targetsEstablished business network in Singapore; regional connections in Southeast Asia a plusExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAble to navigate complex business discussions and close high‑impact dealsComfortable working in a startup environment with agility and adaptabilityFluency in English and Chinese for partnership and documentation purposes#J-18808-Ljbffr
