From behavioural change to policy design and programme evaluation, we're trusted to deliver research that matters.About the RoleAs a Project Manager, you'll support the design and delivery of impactful quantitative research projects for public sector clients.
Your key responsibilities will include : Assisting project leads with shaping, designing, and executing quantitative researchSupporting the development of proposals, presentations, and client-ready reportsScoping and managing research activities to ensure they run on time and to budgetAnalysing data using tools like Q, R and SPSS to uncover insights that matterHelping to design robust methodologies and frameworks that drive strategic client outcomesContributing to the development of smart, effective survey instrumentsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is : Positive and proactive – you'll jump at opportunities to help or to learn something new.A curious, capable thinker with strong analytical and quantitative skillsExperienced (through study or work) in using Q, SPSS, R or similar tools – an interest in or experience in multi-variate analysis would be advantageousPassionate about social impact, behaviour change, and public policyA clear and confident communicator—both written and verbalOrganised and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple prioritiesCreative and solution-focused, always ready to bring fresh ideas to the tableWhether you're a recent graduate or early in your research career, we want to hear from you!
