About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll support the design and delivery of impactful quantitative research projects for public sector clients. Your key responsibilities will include :

Assisting project leads with shaping, designing, and executing quantitative research
Supporting the development of proposals, presentations, and client-ready reports
Scoping and managing research activities to ensure they run on time and to budget
Analysing data using tools like Q, R and SPSS to uncover insights that matter
Helping to design robust methodologies and frameworks that drive strategic client outcomes
Contributing to the development of smart, effective survey instruments

About You

We’re looking for someone who is :

Positive and proactive – you’ll jump at opportunities to help or to learn something new.

A curious, capable thinker with strong analytical and quantitative skills

Experienced (through study or work) in using Q, SPSS, R or similar tools – an interest in or experience in multi-variate analysis would be advantageous

Passionate about social impact, behaviour change, and public policy

A clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal

Organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities

Creative and solution-focused, always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table
