About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll support the design and delivery of impactful quantitative research projects for public sector clients. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting project leads with shaping, designing, and executing quantitative research
  • Supporting the development of proposals, presentations, and client-ready reports
  • Scoping and managing research activities to ensure they run on time and to budget
  • Analysing data using tools like Q, R and SPSS to uncover insights that matter
  • Helping to design robust methodologies and frameworks that drive strategic client outcomes
  • Contributing to the development of smart, effective survey instruments

About You

We’re looking for someone who is :

  • Positive and proactive – you’ll jump at opportunities to help or to learn something new.
  • A curious, capable thinker with strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experienced (through study or work) in using Q, SPSS, R or similar tools – an interest in or experience in multi-variate analysis would be advantageous
  • Passionate about social impact, behaviour change, and public policy
  • A clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities
  • Creative and solution-focused, always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table
