OverviewStep into a dynamic role as a Machinery Operator – Central Farm Services (CFS).
You'll operate and maintain a wide range of machinery for various farming tasks and contribute to fencing, building repairs, water pipe fixes, and general farm maintenance.
This is a drive in drive out role with no accommodation available.You'll work as part of a close-knit team in the heart of New Zealand's farming community, using our scheduling system (Aroflo) to record completed work and staying up to date with company policies, including animal welfare codes and health and safety standards.Central Farm Services is the backbone of our farming operations, located between Reporoa and Taupo.
Our workshop services and repairs farm vehicles and equipment for internal Pamu farms and external agricultural businesses.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain a wide range of farming machinery (e.g., tractors, silage wagon, toppers, muck flicker, slurry tanker, bobcat, digger).
Assist with fencing and building repairs, water pipe fixes, and general farm maintenance.Work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure safety, animal welfare, and environmental compliance are prioritized.Maintain property and assets, and support a varied calendar of daily farm tasks on-site.Use the job scheduling system (Aroflo) to record completed work and stay compliant with company policies.You'll BringExperience with farm machinery (tractors, trucks, bikes, ATVs, excavators, etc.).
