About the Role :

Join a respected civil construction company with a strong presence in the Bay of Plenty region. We’re looking for an experienced Grader Operator to support road construction and earthworks projects. You’ll be responsible for operating heavy machinery to level surfaces and prepare sites for further development.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate grader machinery to achieve precise surface levels

Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

Collaborate with site teams to meet project deadlines

Follow all health and safety protocols

Skills & Experience :

Class 1 Full license

WTR Endorsement (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers)

Proven experience operating graders in civil environments

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Reliable transport and punctuality
