As part of our Customer Experience Team, you'll be collaborating with others to design and deliver the Bank's customer experience across digital channels, creating measurable value for our customers and the co-operative through the execution of our future bank vision, strategy and roadmap.
You'll use your deep knowledge of UX / UI design, along with an understanding of how people engage and interact with digital experiences across platforms, to develop experiences that bring to life our unique brand and co-operative proposition for current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities
What you'll bring to the table :
Passionate about good design : constantly challenging and drawing on inspiration, with an understanding of how designs can influence and inform user behaviour
An advocate for the customer : driven by understanding what users expect and creating user experiences that are engaging.
Commercial and data focused : know that data is key to making cases to stakeholders for prioritisation, and you see the link between what users do and how the company makes money.
Technically specialised and influential : can apply UX methods to solve diverse problems and advice on best practice approaches, and develop logical, well-reasoned arguments to influence stakeholders.
