We are committed to enhancing the natural environment and supporting retirement village clients with forward-thinking visions as we grow.

What does a Gardener do?

Reporting to the Team Manager and working with 2-3 teammates, you will maintain gardens and green spaces. Tasks include planting, weeding, pruning, vegetation control, caring for bedding displays, rose gardens, borders, and shrubbery. You will ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, following a well-organised schedule that prioritises safety for clients, community members, your team, and yourself.
