You will lead the introduction of a broker workflow, sales pipeline, and marketing cloud, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with strategic business goals.

Prior experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services sector will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end Salesforce implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement broker workflows and sales pipelines.

Manage stakeholders across different levels, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.

Drive process improvements and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Strong background in project management, ideally within insurance, banking, or financial services.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Expertise in marketing cloud, sales pipelines, and broker workflow systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver on time within scope.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and change management practices.
