Our Customer Transformation team in Pōneke / Wellington is growing, and we’re on the look out for a Senior Analyst to strengthen our capability across service design, systems thinking and business analysis, supporting large-scale transformation programmes that make a real difference for customers and communities.

• Apply design thinking and analytical approaches to improve services, systems, and customer outcomes, ensuring balanced delivery capacity and continued momentum across the customer transformation portfolio.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams across PwC’s Customer Transformation practice to co-design solutions that deliver lasting impact.
• Operate as a versatile team member, moving between engagements as needed to support delivery across multiple projects.
