Job Description

Due to continued growth in the energy sector, we are expanding our Transmission & Distribution team and are seeking an additional Substation Design Engineer with primary or secondary experience to join our Christchurch office.

How you’ll make a difference :

• Performing concept and detailed design of primary and / or secondary systems for transmission and distribution substation projects.
• Preparing primary and / or secondary design drawings, specifications and reports.
• Supporting senior engineers with the preparation of project and bid documentation as required.
• Liaising with team leads, project managers and project team members to deliver designs within allocated time, budget and required scope.
