The Senior Project Manager ensures all contracted projects are delivered to the highest quality standard, within scope, in budget and on time.Please note, due to the nature of our client account, if you are working in Australia you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve Australian Baseline clearance to be successful in your application for this role.Please note, due to the nature of our client account, if you are working in New Zealand you must be a New Zealand Citizen or holding legal work rights (visa) for New Zealand and be able to clear an MOJ / Police Clearance to be successful in your application for this role.What You'll Do : Ensuring preparation / completion of large projects to appropriate quality standards within time / cost constraints as well as meeting contractual requirements and company budget requirementsManage project teams operating on complex / large projects, typically in a complex, multi-platform technical environmentCoordinating documentation, design, development and testing of enhancements and new development projectsTailoring project methodology to individual projects when needed.Preparing project budgets, attaining necessary approvals in a timely manner and monitoring project financials and the realisation of defined project benefitsExceeding stakeholder expectations through the application of stakeholder management disciplinesWhat You'll Bring : We are seeking a resilient and adaptable team player to manage multiple mid to large-sized projects, who can bring a dynamic element to our existing professional project management capability.You will have : Extensive experience working on large complex projects, preferably with a focus on ERP, CRM or EDW projects.Ability to build and lead collaborative project teams to achieve organisational goals and objectivesBroad and deep understanding of technical software development and implementation projects and related technology dependenciesStrong communication skills with proven experience of managing various stakeholders of all levels and the ability to tailor your conversations accordinglyStrong financial management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenueExperience working with Agile, Staged and Waterfall methodologies is essential.Why Join Us Here at Datacom?
