You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee every project phase, and help us deliver solutions that benefit communities across New Zealand.As a key leader in our national team, you will : Build and nurture strong client relationships with major water utilities, contractors, and public sector partnersDeliver tailored, high-value solutions that exceed expectations and drive repeat businessMentor, inspire, and upskill team members while encouraging innovation and efficiencyCoordinate with professionals across disciplines and offices, contributing to WSP's reputation for qualityManage budgets, proactively assess risks, and ensure all project deliverables meet WSP and client standardsPrepare accurate scopes and cost estimates, supporting the financial success of our projectsLead business development efforts by preparing compelling proposals and tenders, and expanding our service offerings in the water sectorBecome part of WSP's global network of project management professionals including sharing knowledge, global work opportunities and further develop your Project Management qualifications and career development through our WSP's Project Management training programme.About You10+ years leading complex projects and consistently meeting delivery goalsProfessional membership, such as Project Management Institute (PMI), Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), or equivalent overseas recognitionProject management qualifications (PMP or equivalent)Proficiency with project management software and toolsDemonstrated strengths in stakeholder engagement, risk management, planning, scheduling, and commercial managementDon't meet every requirement?
