Role & Location

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our Ellerslie, NZ office and lead complex technology projects across the ANZ region, in close collaboration with our teams in the UK, Europe, and North America.

You will drive successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agile principles, governance standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Develop and maintain delivery plans; track tasks and Epics in Jira, aligning with sprint goals.

Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure project success.

Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to senior management, clients, and team members.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Apply agile methodologies while maintaining strong project governance and predictable outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Technical and Agile Project Manager delivering complex technical projects in fast-paced environments.

Strong technical knowledge of software development processes and modern technologies.

Exceptional project management skills including planning, risk management, project finances and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, including managing offshore teams.

Agile mindset with the ability to balance flexibility and predictable delivery outcomes.
