We're seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our daily operations.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind a well-oiled warehouse – ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You'll lead by example – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support your team on the warehouse floor, and champion smart process improvements that deliver real impact.

What you'll be doing :

Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations

Keeping inventory tight and stock under control

Leading your team with confidence and clarity

Champion Health & Safety best practices – keeping your team and workplace safe

Spotting opportunities to improve processes and making them happen

About you :

You've got 5+ years' experiencein warehousing, and you know how to get the best out of your team.

You're hands-on, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You bring :

Proven experience in warehouse operations (FMCG or food industry experience highly regarded)

A safety mindset and solid H&S knowledge

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and foster team accountability

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and transport partners

Valid forklift license

TFO certification is desired but not essential
