We're seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our daily operations.

You'll be the driving force behind a well-oiled warehouse—ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You'll lead by example, roll up your sleeves on the warehouse floor, and champion smart process improvements that deliver real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations

Keep inventory tight and stock under control

Lead your team with confidence and clarity

Champion Health & Safety best practices to keep your team and workplace safe

Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement improvements

About You

5+ years' experience in warehousing, with hands-on leadership

Solutions-focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to get the best out of a team

You Bring

Proven experience in warehouse operations (FMCG or food industry experience highly regarded)

Safety mindset and solid H&S knowledge

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and foster team accountability

Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, transport partners)

Valid forklift license

TFO certification is desired but not essential
