Job Summary
At PwC New Zealand, the Transformation Design and Delivery team is looking for a Director to lead major transformation programmes across diverse clients and industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of major transformation programmes, providing strategic guidance and governance to ensure successful transformations.
- Utilise both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high‑quality outcomes while managing initiatives within budget, scope and timelines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor in project steering and advisory roles, performing health‑checks, rescuing troubled projects and building deep stakeholder relationships.
- Drive successful organisational change and technology adoption by developing and implementing robust change‑management plans, strategies and interventions.
Qualifications
10+ years of program management experience.Detailed working knowledge of portfolio, programme and project management (PMI / PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile – SAFe, ICAgile, Scrum).Experience running complex cross‑functional projects / programmes and influencing senior and executive stakeholders.Experience coaching and mentoring team members.Benefits
