A permanent opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Lead Analyst to provide expert commercial insight that supports strategic decision-making and drives long-term organisational performance.
In this role, you'll deliver high-quality analysis and advice that enables sound business decisions.
You'll critically examine financial and non-financial information to ensure decisions are informed, future-focused, and aligned with long-term goals.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges and operating environments, building strong relationships that enable effective collaboration.
Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively will be key to influencing behaviour and driving outcomes.
You'll also support or lead critical business projects, develop innovative solutions to performance challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance value for money.
Manage financial models that underpin a 30–60 year investment plan, helping shape the future direction of the organisation.

What You'll Bring
A relevant qualification and at least 10 years of experience in a similar analytical or commercial role
Strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of business operations
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, tailored to different audiences
Experience leading key work programmes and managing competing priorities
A proactive mindset focused on identifying and improving areas that enhance performance
Demonstrated experience in analysing complex data to generate meaningful business insights
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with a track record of delivering results
Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to build trust across the organisation
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
