What is the role?
Monday - Friday 40 hour working week.
We are on the hunt for a proactive Level 2 Support Engineer. The role is based on our client sites in the education sector and would be an escalation point for some of our Level 1 support. Help resolve advanced technical issues, support system implementation, and ensure smooth IT operations. You may also lead projects and mentor junior engineers. If you enjoy solving complex problems and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
