About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Financial Adviser with strong investment and DIMS (Discretionary Investment Management Services) expertise, ready to initiate , develop , and manage meaningful client relationships. You’ll support clients with holistic financial planning – from KiwiSaver and investment strategies through to risk advice – and collaborate with an engaged team that shares your drive for excellence. With internal marketing support, warm referrals, and a loyal client base, you’ll be well-positioned to create long-term impact.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Deliver personalised investment and financial advice aligned with client life stages and goals
• Conduct regular reviews and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes
• Cultivate new client relationships through referrals, partnerships, and local networks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Contribute to business planning and regional initiatives
• Leverage technology and in-house support to enhance client experience

What You’ll Bring :

• Level 5 NZ Certificate in Financial Services – Investment strand (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or similar client-facing financial role
• Demonstrated ability to operate within DIMS frameworks
• Confidence to produce tailored advice and build trust with clients
• A proactive mindset with strong commercial awareness
• A team-oriented approach and commitment to professional growth
