They ensure our growing and diverse global team is supported and capable of delivering our projects and customer's missions, and they are responsible for developing, nurturing, and retaining the world-class people on our team.Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor IAs a Learning and Development Advisor based at Rocket Lab's site in Auckland, you will support the delivery of online learning solutions and create engaging online learning content to support the L&D Team.

The role also involves management of our learning management system.
