Tait's Services group is a fast-growing area of our business, transitioning from an operational focus into driving the development of new services and "as a Service" delivery models.

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner – Services who will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and optimizing our Services offerings, ensuring they are embedded as part of our end-to-end solution selling. Working closely with the Services Portfolio Manager, you will help shape the strategy, design, and execution of our service portfolio-enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, and strengthening Tait's position in the market.

The duties of the role will include :

• Executing product strategy for a defined set of Service offerings aligned to business objectives and market demand.
• Driving the roadmap and establishment of 'as a Service' models.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and improvements.
• Maintaining a prioritized backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring successful implementation with technical teams.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance of service offerings to optimize value and customer lifetime outcomes.
• Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers.
• Supporting go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Developing pricing strategies, forecasting revenue, and managing profitability.
• Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with :
