We Go Beyond for A Safer WorldTe Turanga - The RoleTait's Services group is a fast-growing area of our business, transitioning from an operational focus into driving the development of new services and "as a Service" delivery models.We are seeking a Senior Product Owner – Services who will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and optimizing our Services offerings, ensuring they are embedded as part of our end-to-end solution selling.
Working closely with the Services Portfolio Manager, you will help shape the strategy, design, and execution of our service portfolio—enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, and strengthening Tait's position in the market.The duties of the role will include : Executing product strategy for a defined set of Service offerings aligned to business objectives and market demand.Driving the roadmap and establishment of 'as a Service' models.Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and improvements.Maintaining a prioritized backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring successful implementation with technical teams.Monitoring and analyzing performance of service offerings to optimize value and customer lifetime outcomes.Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers.Supporting go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.Developing pricing strategies, forecasting revenue, and managing profitability.Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
O pukenga - About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with : 5+ years of experience in a Product discipline (Product Owner / Product Management), ideally in the technology or telecommunications industry.A proven track record in developing and managing Service or SaaS offerings.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Solid commercial and financial acumen, including SaaS pricing strategies.Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
ITIL certification (preferred but not essential).
