We are making crypto payments simple and secure, and we need a talented professional to help lead our development efforts.

As we are a financial services provider, a criminal history check and credit check must be undertaken for the successful applicant.

The Role

This is more than just a coding role; you'll be a leader and a mentor.

You'll lead a small team of junior developers, providing guidance, coaching, and peer review.

We operate in a DevOps environment, and you will be responsible for managing the team's workload and ensuring they work efficiently.

Your experience and insight will be crucial in continually improving our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor junior developers through guidance and code review.

Manage the team's workflow to ensure efficient development and rapid delivery.

Develop and improve IT processes.

Oversee our backend applications, which are primarily PHP-based, with many written in theLaravelframework.

Ensure testing is thoroughly conducted.

"Productionise" new products, taking them from prototype stage to globally available.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with a strong technical background and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Several years of experience as a PHP developer.

Proven experience leading and mentoring junior developers.

Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

Demonstrate your experience working with others to build a final product.

Demonstrate your understanding of project management methodologies to organise the work.

Experience with theLEMP stack(Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP).

Extensive experience with API integrations.

Previous experience in fintech and payments.

Any Web3 experience would be a significant bonus.
