Full Stack Developer (Silverstripe Specialist)

We're trusted by ambitious organisations to deliver technology that scales and delights.Role OverviewWe're looking for a full-stack web developer with strong Silverstripe experience to join our growing team.

You'll be part of our Silverstripe development capability — collaborating with other developers — while also contributing across the full development lifecycle : backend, frontend, infrastructure, deployments, and optimisation.You'll work on Silverstripe platforms alongside React / Vue frontends, and you'll be comfortable deploying solutions on both AWS and VPS servers.

Knowledge of Cloudflare for DNS, WAF, and performance / security will also be a strong plus.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain Silverstripe platforms (modules, APIs, data models, templating, security).

Work full-stack, integrating React / Vue frontends with Silverstripe backends.Build and deploy solutions on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront) and other hosting environments (e.g. VPS).

Configure and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated deployments.Manage and optimise production environments, including Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, caching, performance).

Implement and configure search (ElasticSearch, Solr, or similar).

Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, clients, and fellow developers.Contribute to technical decisions and best practices within the team.Key Skills & Experience3+ years Silverstripe development (intermediate–senior).

Strong PHP backend skills.Frontend integration experience (React or Vue).

Experience deploying and managing solutions on AWS and VPS environments.Confident with CI / CD and environment setup.Nice to HaveCloudflare (WAF, DNS, caching, performance / security).

ElasticSearch / Solr or other search engines.Familiarity with Docker or other dev tooling.Automated testing and CI / CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
