Reporting to the Head of Merchandise & Marketing, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing our product strategy—from concept to showroom—and driving growth through new product development, visual merchandising, and go-to-market excellence.This is your opportunity to join a business that's growing in all the right ways.

You'll be part of a small, close-knit team who are deeply committed to delivering an exceptional product experience and driving continued success.What You'll Be DoingSupport the development of category strategy aligned to broader business goals.Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify trends, customer insights, price gaps, and innovation opportunities.Drive new product development from concept to launch, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to create fresh, on-trend showroom ranges.Ensure high standards of visual merchandising across all showrooms to inspire customers and enhance the buying journey.Develop and deliver effective training for internal teams to support product launches and improve product knowledge.Create and manage project plans to ensure product timelines and budgets are met.Test and validate all new products, including development of new testing processes as required.Lead go-to-market strategy for new launches, including in-store display, branding, and promotional planning.Monitor and evaluate product performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales and margin goals.Work cross-functionally to forecast new product sales and manage sales incentive programs for showroom teams.Travel within NZ to support showroom teams, new store set-ups, and ensure standards are maintained.What You'll Bring To The RoleExperience in a product / category management role, ideally within the building or construction sector.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of what drives product success in a retail environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.A passion for trend-spotting, customer insight, and creating compelling customer experiences.Ability to travel domestically as required.Why join us?
